<p>I agree that it would certainly be most useful to only see changesets that change something in the target area.</p>
<p>In the mean time, I think it would be still be quite useful to be able to toggle between changesets that intersect with the bounding box and changesets that are contained in the bounding box. This at least lets users remove some of the noise at the cost of missing some changesets. I'd even be happy manually modifying a url to get this behaviour.</p>
<p>As an aside, do you have a link to the previous discussion about this problem?</p>
