<p>gorn: The sharing GUI has (right now) nothing to do with the search gui. <br>
Without a search it is IMO perfect to be able to move the marker AND the map to match both positions for sharing. <br>
If you follow an shared link the marker must be fixes to the position (which it is), but not in creation of the sharing link.</p>

<p>But if the side panel is closed the map grows to the left and compensates this via a move to the right. The map is at the same position compared to the right side. <br>
The problem is that share-marker seems to be corrected twice (first move east to compensate the pixel from the panel and additionally it moves the "same" amount of pixel east). </p>
