<p>Related to <a href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/457" class="issue-link" title="note gpx format of a limited use">#457</a>.</p>

<p>I could not run the test suite. "bundle exec rake test" failed due to pending<br>
migrations, but "bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=test" failed as well.</p>
