<p>So this fixes the CPU count and memory which were previously not being set - does that mean the values were being inherited from the <code>ubuntu/trusty64</code> box before? or were they down to the user's local vagrant configuration?</p>

<p>What happens if we ask for two CPUs and the host doesn't have two CPUs? Does it fall back to one or does it fail to start?</p>
