<p>To monitor users that have been blocked for one reason or another, it would be helpful for a block creator to receive an email or other type of notification when a user block expires or is revoked. Right now we have to rely on checking the user block manually or viewing the user's activity, so this would improve DWG monitoring of conflicts or bad edits.</p>
