<p>Do we actually need a separate class? The only requirement to make the exception visible within the block is to pass the class as an argument, so we could just pass the normal Timeout class...</p>
<p>Also, do we need to do it for the web timeout? I'd rather limit the scope if possible as there is the potential for this to go wrong if anything catches the timeout and doesn't rethrow it, which is I presume why the timeout library behaves the way it does in the first place.</p>
