<p>The side panel that reports tags or history for an element has a link to the raw XML returned by the API at the bottom. If the page times out internally (for instance the history of relations with many revisoons) neither the formatted report nor the XML link appear on the page, however the XML that would be the target of the link could frequently be displayed.</p>
