<p>No - I just rebased it. <a href="https://github.com/zerebubuth" class="user-mention">@zerebubuth</a>'s branch is an additional rebase, then more work on top of that.</p>

<p>What it really needs is someone to take ownership of the code, identify what's missing, and finish it off. <a href="https://github.com/zerebubuth" class="user-mention">@zerebubuth</a> identified tests as one thing that's missing, but there's probably other stuff.</p>
