<p>Thinking about it some more I think that basically I think there are three hurdles here, namely:</p>
<ul>
<li>Technical - This is easy to deal with and I'm sure any issues can be easily resolved</li>
<li>Legal - This is down to LWG to make a determination</li>
<li>Policy - As a matter of policy does the project want to allow people access to this information</li>
</ul>
<p>The last is not one that I think is up to the maintainers of the code as such - my personal view is that we probably shouldn't but I don't for a minute think that it's a decision for me to make.</p>
