<p>The report types is one of the gnarliest bits. This allows the user to report each object for one or more reason (see the final image in <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/sbagroy986/diary/35257">https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/sbagroy986/diary/35257</a> ). The reasons are <a href="https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-website/blob/9046b5ba8d07cd8907685ab8da7f73829cb692c5/config/locales/en.yml#L946-L1023">listed in the translations</a> and are usually one of "spam", "offensive", "threat" or "other", but also range into "Undiscussed Import" and "Mechanical Edit" for changesets. Do we want this?</p>
