<p>How about displaying the home location as an area (circle) rather than some marker? Let's assume I want to set my home location as "I'm living somewhere in London", rather than going down to the street level detail.</p>

<p>When clicking on the map, we would show a circle with 100px width (as an example). The actual area covered by this circle depends on the current zoom level (=home_zoom) value.</p>
<p>But then again, the nearby mapper list would have to show those circles or make sense out of this information in some different way. E.g. this could mean that mappers which are close by both in terms of actual distance according their lat/lon and level of detail (via high home_zoom value) are getting listed first in the nearby mapper list.</p>
