<p>I think if anything "website moderator" will need to be even more powerful than the current moderator.</p>
<p>Whoever is dealing with spam reports for diary entries and user profiles really needs to be able to cancel accounts completely., or at least that is how things work now.</p>
<p>I'll try and have a look at the code this weekend but I suspect the biggest challenges are going to be procedural rather than technical.</p>
