<p>iD currently calls <code>api/capabilities</code> (unversioned) but we should change this.</p>
<p>It makes more sense to me to just drop the unversioned endpoint and have separate resources for:</p>
<ul>
<li><code>api/0.6/capabilities</code></li>
<li><code>api/0.7/capabilities</code></li>
</ul>
