<p>I would propose leaving them in the versioned capabilities calls. I wouldn't have them in an unversioned call, because the format of either of those sections could conceivably change, and that's really hard to do unless they are already versioned. I don't propose separating them into different calls, since as you say that adds more round trips.</p>
