<p>Seems reasonable. It would be better if the mime type detection wasn't fooled by a BOM, but I haven't found any discussions on <a href="https://github.com/minad/mimemagic/">https://github.com/minad/mimemagic/</a> or in the upstream shared-mime-info to guide me towards better options.</p>
