<p>I just installed Ubuntu 18.04 in my computer, erase the Windows 10, so I will try to install in the most ideal way.<br>
I noticed that when I installed postgre with the following code:<br>
<code>sudo apt-get install postgresql postgresql-contrib libpq-dev postgresql-server-dev-all</code><br>
I think something got wrong, because I got a red message in the Terminal.<br>
