<p>We're currently discussing this on Slack, as it seems to affect some apps out there.</p>
<p>Previously, <a href="http://localhost:3000/api/0.6/user/1" rel="nofollow">http://localhost:3000/api/0.6/user/1</a> returned absolute urls, e.g. <code><img href="http://localhost:3000/attachments/users/images/000/000/001/large/4...</code>, while the new code only returns relative urls <code>"<img href="/rails/active_storage/representations/eyJfcmFpbHMi</code>.</p>
<p>Some apps create some funny urls based on that information, which point to their own domain, rather than osm.org -> image lookup fails.</p>
