<p>Obviously, this wouldn't work for any file based replication, such as <a href="https://planet.openstreetmap.org/notes/" rel="nofollow">https://planet.openstreetmap.org/notes/</a> . On the API side, neither do notes have any kind of "private" flag, nor do any of the API methods require authorization or would behave differently upon providing any credentials.</p>
