<p>I talked today in phone with a NLSFI representative about this issue. My understanding is that their position on the data use in OSM has not changed, but the new license should be of course mentioned.<br>
What does it mean when the copyright page mentions the CC-BY license? Does it mean that users who utilize data from the mentioned country should abide by both the ODbL and CC-BY licenses?</p>
