<p>Like fixme, but on steroids, so you can have a discussion/track and resolve it etc, but more effectively and easily.</p>
<p>Various apps use Notes, as detailed on the wiki:<br>

<p>StreetComplete at least, and possibly others, already know exactly which item the user is commenting on (and put it as a link in the note text), so why not link it more directly?</p>
