<p>So reviewing the list should be feasible, especially once we've established an initial set of links and only add small deltas later on.</p>
<p>I wonder if we should introduce a blacklist for things like <code>image</code>, <code>ref:ccg</code>, and <code>website</code> - either because we already have rules for them, or because they resolve to things like a web search.</p>
