<p>Currently the top entry on <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/issues?status=open" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/issues?status=open</a> shows "about 1 hour ago by SomeoneElse" in the "last updated" column.  The "about 1 hour ago" was the time that another user added a new issue report.  The "by SomeoneElse" refers to when I last closed the issue, in January 2020.</p>
