<p>I had some back and forth with Fastly earlier this week and we should be good to go with credits. Their support person helped me get SSL set up, too. The couple DNS pull requests linked in above are related to that.</p>
<p>I modified this pull request to use the new <code>tile.openstreetmap.org</code>-based domain we created and have tested it to confirm that it supports HTTP/2 and resolves to a valid SSL cert.</p>
