<p>After sending "too many messages" (that is exceeding the max number of messages in an hour) an error message is shown that asks you to wait before sending any more. This is expected.</p>
<p>However this error message is not just shown on the messages page when you are trying to send the message, it gets displayed all over the place, in completely unrelated places.</p>
<p>I can't (for obvious reasons) test this, but as I now and then cause the message to be shown, I have the feeling this may be an unintentional behaviour change, I definitely can't remember happening any other time.</p>
<p>Obviously not a high prio item.</p>
