<p>No, a development setup for this repo should have nothing to do with whatever the production deployment is for the OSMF. No need to share usernames, or groups, and of course, different software is used too (e.g. shouldn't use apache/passenger for development, for example).</p>
<p>So please don't do anything to artificially make it similar to OSMF production, instead just focus on whatever makes the best development environment.</p>
