<p>So far, that’s the <code>node_modules</code> directory. I switched this to global installation <a href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/2409#issuecomment-743807851" data-hovercard-type="pull_request" data-hovercard-url="/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/2409/hovercard">in a few attempts above</a>, but I wasn’t successful in getting the running Rails app to read from those.</p>
