<p>For example, If I go to <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/2639402" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/2639402</a> and try to comment with "test with ccaron č letter" I get <code>401 Unauthorized</code>. Same if it contains other national letters like "ČĆŠĐŽ". If I use just plain US-ASCII, it works fine.</p>
<p>I've also tried other Notes API clients (like JSON and OsmAnd) as well as different account and network connections, with same results: national letters fail, while US-ASCII works normally.</p>
<p>It worked normally up to yesterday, for example: <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/2638416" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/2638416</a></p>
