<p>Well, this isn't exactly what <a class="user-mention" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/woodpeck/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/woodpeck">@woodpeck</a> (and I believe also <a class="user-mention" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/simonpoole/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/simonpoole">@simonpoole</a>) suggested before: this PR is independent of any ToU discussion, i.e. we don't have any prerequisite for users to accept the ToU first. We can even completely ignore the ToU discussion for this PR.</p>
