<p>This all looks great to me. I've tested the upgrade locally too, and it worked fine (it's not robust to traces with missing icon files, but that's an artefact of my local development environment so probably won't be a problem in production).</p>
<p>I'll leave this for you to merge, since I know you'll want to configure the storage in production first and I don't know if that is organised yet.</p>
