<p dir="auto">That, as well as renaming the button to “<strong>Mark as</strong> Resolved” (emphasis mine), to distinguish that pressing it doesn't actually do any fixing of map data, by itself, it merely marks the note as having been resolved.</p>
<p dir="auto">Else, at the very least, use past tense: “Resolved” (because it should be (in map data), before closing the note).</p>
<p dir="auto">Why? Well, I suspect that it may be the factor at work with <a href="//www.openstreetmap.org/user/cyberclivejsy/notes" rel="nofollow">cyberclivejsy repeatedly closing notes without actually resolving them</a>. Sometimes causing photos from StreetComplete to be prematurely deleted.</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, encourage users to cite the changeset in the closing comment.</p>
