<h3 dir="auto">How to reproduce the issue?</h3>
<p dir="auto">There is some odd behaviour with selecting the reason for reporting a user.<br>
(alt. reporting a note, I haven't tried this for this issue)</p>
<ol dir="auto">
<li>Go to someone's user profile</li>
<li>Click "Report user"</li>
<li>Navigate to a report reason using <code class="notranslate">Tab</code>. The first choice is not selected yet.</li>
<li>Press the <code class="notranslate">Down</code> arrow key. The second choice will be automaticly selected.</li>
<li>Press the <code class="notranslate">Up</code> arrow key. The first choice will now be selected.</li>
</ol>

<p dir="auto"><strong>Current behaviour</strong> (focus, but no automatic selection for the first choice)<br>

Either</p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>The choice is automaticly selected like all others; or</li>
<li>none of the choices are automaticly selected -and have to be selected manually using the arrow keys and space / enter.</li>
</ul>

<ol start="4" dir="auto">
<li>
<p dir="auto">(instead) Press <code class="notranslate">Space</code> on the first choice. The first choice will now be selected.<br>
(Noteably, <code class="notranslate">Space</code> does not have to be pressed for the other choices.)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">(instead) Press <code class="notranslate">Enter</code> on the first choice. Instead of selecting the first choice, the message preview is toggled on / off, while the message preview button is not in focus.<br>
(Noteably, pressing <code class="notranslate">Enter</code> on any other choice does the same thing.)</p>
</li>
