<p dir="auto">Unfortunately, I think the conditions under which the source of the data must be attributed remain unclear--your translation makes it sound like OSM would have to acknowledge the data source/URL/date once, but the translation at <a href="https://data.gov.rs/sr/terms/" rel="nofollow">https://data.gov.rs/sr/terms/</a> makes it sound like this would be necessary for each subsequent use (potentially including people using the data via OSM). However, as you note, that second set of terms doesn't appear constitute a new law. If the untranslated text contains any more nuance about whether attribution must be passed down, please let me know.</p>
