<p dir="auto">Understood, but those OpenMapTiles properties are directly tied to the deprecated OSM keys, so it would essentially be a way to enable OSM users to enter nonstandard codes in OSM preferences to see those tags’ value. I guess it’s fine if it ends up being an obscure, undocumented edge case, but if it ends up getting used, then that would be problematic for other components that rely on this same preference for localization, such as iD.</p>
