<p dir="auto">Its hard to review users or what they have done as regular user if this does not work. And it seems it does not work at all (not 'incosistent'). I tried to find an open issue about code auditing but i was not able to find anything unfortunately.</p>
<p dir="auto">Just to provide an example why this might be usefull:</p>
<p dir="auto">We have a thread in the austrian forum ( <a href="https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/user-mapped-hecken-im-grossen-stil/99983" rel="nofollow">https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/user-mapped-hecken-im-grossen-stil/99983</a> ) where a user created about 60-100 Accounts and starts to delete them the second he thinks he got discovered.</p>

<p dir="auto">And i'm thinking about if a existing user should redirect to the randomized accountname, not sure about that. <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Adikat" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Adikat</a> - this is one of the deleted usersnames by the same user.<br>
But thats probably not a good idea.</p>
