<p dir="auto">Good idea, I'm in favour of this. Two things though:</p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>You'll need a prerequisites PR merged first that fixes all the annotations, otherwise this PR won't pass CI 😄</li>
<li>The annotate gem is currently only included in the development group, so I think it won't be available in CI. We can either add the gem to both groups, or create a ":developement, :test" group for things like this.</li>
