<p dir="auto">Kind of. You don't really wait for close_time because it's not observable until the changeset is closed. But you may want to wait for the changeset to close because otherwise you wouldn't know if you've downloaded it fully.</p>
<p dir="auto">It's not the biggest problem with self-deletions. I only use it here as a guide to figuring out what's the shortest deletion cooldown that still makes sense to have.</p>
