<p dir="auto">I've pushed an update to use an SQL based implementation - the SQL function is slightly different to the previous version as it is now called <code class="notranslate">api_rate_limit</code> and takes only a user ID as argument and returns the maximum number of changes that can currently be committed.</p>
<p dir="auto">There's a migration to add the function and also a <code class="notranslate">db:update_functions</code> rake task that will recreate it if the settings are changed.</p>
