<p dir="auto">Just for reference, and to stop other people wondering what's going on, Launchpad is down for "maintenance":</p>

<p dir="auto"><a href="https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mozillateam/ppa/ubuntu/dists/jammy/InRelease" rel="nofollow">https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mozillateam/ppa/ubuntu/dists/jammy/InRelease</a> returns a 503 error, which means that our Docker build fails. Normally I wouldn't keep merging PRs when the tests are failing and tests on master are also failing, but since it's only affecting the Docker builds then I'm going to ignore this.</p>
<p dir="auto">When Launchpad is working again, I'm happy to re-run the failed jobs.</p>
