<p dir="auto">That's probably the best idea, because its <a href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/4455#discussion_r1509952021" data-hovercard-type="pull_request" data-hovercard-url="/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/4455/hovercard">placement is confusing</a>. When I was testing this PR I ticked it without noticing at least once.</p>
<p dir="auto">If we still need to let users to declare their edits PD, we can move the checkbox to their account settings.</p>
