<p dir="auto">Is it more common?  I'm pretty familiar with the term "viewpoint" (<a href="https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/viewpoints.htm" rel="nofollow">example of use by the US National Park Service</a>).  "Vista" or "vista point" seem somewhat familiar, but I wouldn't say more common.</p>
