<p dir="auto">At least we'll never use it in production, as it would be kind of pointless to log on to osm.org using osm.org.</p>
<p dir="auto">It could be useful to get more people to try out new features on the development instance, such as <a href="https://microcosms.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org" rel="nofollow">microcosms</a>. Today, it's very difficult to convince people to test anything, in particular, if that involves signing up on another site.</p>
<p dir="auto">Ideally, the experience would be similar to the Discourse community forum.</p>
