<li>People complain about that, so tell them they're being dismissive of the depth of the problem.</li>
<li>Continue discussing side problems while being as vague as possible, so that you can keep going in circles (bikeshedding).</li>
<li>Dismiss any criticism of this process while claiming that you welcome anyone to get involved.</li>
