<p dir="auto">Well, the current proposal by the maintainers includes an impossible requirement of "make it dark but don't pick any filter", as stated in <a class="issue-link js-issue-link" data-error-text="Failed to load title" data-id="2708339160" data-permission-text="Title is private" data-url="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/5362" data-hovercard-type="pull_request" data-hovercard-url="/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/5362/hovercard?comment_id=1867471665&comment_type=review_comment" href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/5362#discussion_r1867471665">#5362 (comment)</a>, but to have no change at all would be counterproductive, so removing and reinstating the filter is what you want?<br>
I think just adding an option is less distracting.</p>
