<p dir="auto">During callback processing, the user session no longer includes the relevant endpoint information (consumer.rb/last_requested_endpoint), and then fails in get_association_filename, <code class="notranslate">server_url.index('://')</code> due to server_url being nil.</p>
<p dir="auto">This is broken beyond repair, and likely this way since 2019. Relevant upstream libraries are dead.</p>
<p dir="auto">I'll send a PR to remove this stuff.</p>
