<p dir="auto">One thing that bugs me is the inconsistent level of explanation in <em>User Management</em>.<br>
The two parts could be consolidated:</p>

<li>Enter rails console</li>
<li>Find User</li>
<li>Modify as desired
<ul dir="auto">
<li>activate</li>
<li>make moderator</li>
<li>make administrator</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Quit rails console</li>
</ol>
