<p dir="auto">I have taken the liberty of polishing the INSTALL.md file a bit. This includes:</p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Factual information, such as the current minimum required version of macOS.</li>
<li>Inaccuracies, such as presenting rbenv as the easiest option amont version managers. It's not necessarily the easiest or most popular one at the moment, so I did some rephrasing to present it as "one possible option".</li>
<li>And misc style, flow, consistency, etc changes, which are very much up to taste and you may disagree with 🙂</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">This is parallel to my work on devcontainers support at <a class="issue-link js-issue-link" data-error-text="Failed to load title" data-id="3474165426" data-permission-text="Title is private" data-url="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/6424" data-hovercard-type="pull_request" data-hovercard-url="/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/6424/hovercard" href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/6424">#6424</a>. I'm finding that if I'm going to have to provide documentation there, then the existing one may need a bit of reshuffling. I'll get to that separately.</p>
