<p dir="auto">Recently when reviewing the facilities to suspend/delete users with <a class="user-mention notranslate" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/Firefishy/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/Firefishy">@Firefishy</a>, we agreed that these were a bit confusing and could be improved. Aim:</p>

<li>Better express what the actions do.
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Currently "Hide this User" suspends the user, while "Delete this User" carries out a "soft-destroy" (leaves the record in place but scrubs any identifiable information).</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Move dangerous actions out of the way.
<ul dir="auto">
<li>The soft-destroy action sits very close to the suspend action, and only a quick JS confirm modal separates a distracted admin from an irreversible action.</li>

<h3 dir="auto">Description</h3>
<p dir="auto">Proposal: rename actions and move them around a bit to reduce the chance of an accidental soft-destroy</p>
