<p dir="auto">That line in the FAQ refers to the original state of affairs. The page was later <a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Special:Diff/774839" rel="nofollow">edited</a> to refer to <a href="https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-nl/2012-April/013870.html" rel="nofollow">this talk-nl post</a> from Henk Hoff (presumably on behalf of the OSMF board) announcing that AND had formally agreed to publish any already imported data under the ODbL.</p>
<p dir="auto">It seems to me that we’ve done our due diligence on this matter and can remove the misleading link (while continuing to credit AND of course).</p>
