<p dir="auto">When I open certain notes (like e.g. <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4959832#map=18/43.502689/16.498992&layers=N" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4959832#map=18/43.502689/16.498992&layers=N</a>) some users do not have visible username, so it is not possible to click on that username to see other activity by the user, send them a private message etc.</p>

<p dir="auto">It would be nice to be able to be able to click on the username. E.g. instead of "Comment from <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Matija%20Nalis" rel="nofollow">Matija Nalis</a>" it could say "Comment from <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Matija%20Nalis" rel="nofollow">user Matija Nalis</a>", which would allow one to click on it even if username itself (in this case "Matija Nalis") was not visible.<br>
There are likely few other places where this should be done in addition to notes (one of them is e.g. <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/172989982" rel="nofollow">https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/172989982</a>)</p>

<p dir="auto">alternatively (or additionally), there could be enforcement that OSM usernames must always contain at least some visible characters (but it should somehow apply to not only new, but also existing users)</p>
