[Rebuild] Changeset whitelist/blacklist - technical assistance needed

Hello all,

Working from Frederik's source material, which in turn is derived from 
the pages on the wiki (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WTFE and 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Quick_History_Service/Changeset_Lists), 
Andy has added the relevant whitelists and blacklists to the redaction code.

The code is at

and in particular the files:
	users_whitelist.txt
	changesets_whitelist.txt
	changesets_blacklist.txt
	additional_users.xml

We would like people to help check that these files are sane, so that we 
don't end up (say) deleting Frederik's edits, and keeping John Smith's, 
as the result of a typo. So if you have any time (asap, of course) to 
run some simple tests of your choosing and satisfy yourself that it's 
sane, and report back, that would be very welcome. Thank you.

This is by necessity a fairly technical task, but as this is a list for 
technical discussion of the rebuild project that shouldn't faze any of 
you. ;)
